This My car shop is full of experienced and helpful staff. My car battery died approx 1km away from their shop. I asked for their help and they sent one of their staff to jump start my car and replaced my car battery within a very short amount of time. I really want to thank them for being so genuine and helpful. Their battery price was also reasonable and they didn't charge for going to my car and jump starting it. I will come here for my future car services. Thank you again for being so nice and helpful.

I have used My Car Adelaide for a number of years. Generally they have been courteous and professional. However, on the last couple of occasions, their diagnoses and performance on my car have been poor and unacceptable. The staff also no longer wanted to know about the problem.18 months ago, I took my car in to the shop to fix an issue with the power delivery/accelerator. Upon examination, they recommended I change my spark plugs. This temporarily fixed the problem. About a year later, the same issue arises again, and this time they suggest I change all my spark plugs (again) and ALSO my ignition coils. So I do this, at more cost. A couple of months later, the issue comes back for a 3rd time. They agree to look at it, but then call me back a few days later saying its a suspected electrical issue, and there's nothing they can do - must be looked at by an auto electrician. No detailed explanation, or anything else to offer - and I have potentially wasted time and energy and money on spark plugs and coils, with no resolution of the underlying issue.Quite disappointing end to an otherwise decent experience. I would NOT recommend them for anything other than an oil change - technical expertise is sub par.

Rang in at 10 am to ask about replacing one of my rear break light covers - he had the part delivered to the shop within hours and it was fixed and replaced by 3.30 that afternoon! Insanely quick turn around. 10/10 would recommend to a friend.

I am very disheartened with my car auto and service Adelaide. My car has a very strong mettalic noise coming from the left hand side of the car. They changed my four tyres and said the noise problem will be solved. Unfortunately they didn't even find the main problem before changing my four tyres. After the change of the tyres, I had driven the car for 5 minutes and I got the noise again...then I came back to them immediately....they said that it could be problem from transmission box. Other than saying sorry....they just gave back my car saying that I need to find auto transmission specialists . My new four tyres are now waste .

My wife and I had driven to Adelaide from Victoria. The car was making some loud noises (had been for a little while) but the sound had gotten much worse when we arrived. I called Brendan at MyCar Adelaide City at 8am on a Saturday morning hoping to get my car looked at before we drove back home that afternoon.Brendan told us to get the car in as soon as possible, and we had it there by 8:30am. By 9:30am he had called us to explain we needed two new tyres. Brendan said they are a special order, but could see there were some available at another store 40 mins away. Brendan arranged an uber to deliver the tyres, which cancelled on him because the trip was too far. Brendan then offered a tip to the next Uber driver to make sure they did not cancel (which he covered himself).By 11:30am, I had two new tyres on my car, and Brendan showed me how bad my old ones were.The service that Brendan gave us was the best I have ever had from any mechanic, and I would absolutely drive back from Victoria to have my car serviced here. Five stars is not enough.

Excellent customer service and amazing work done on my car as well. Definitely will be returning to this branch :)
