Rockmans Top Ryde

Today my husband was Abused for taking back a dress that was faulty with sleeves that were one sleeve normal, one sleeve backwards and he was rudely abused told that it was impossible without the lady behind the counter looking at the dress She said that she did not want to give him back the money he wasn’t allowed to have his money back until he pointed out that the receipt had a 30 day exchange or money back policy. This dress was a birthday gift that he himself had bought from the store and he was disappointed with the woman that serving him today and he will not return now to buy any more clothes . Very Disappointing one that had ask him to go to that store and two I had to take the dress back because it was faulty and three your service.

Worst customer service and very Rude staff behaviour. Not sure how that one particular lady staff is working and allowed to run the store. Very unprofessional and I would not even give 1 star nor would suggest anyone to go to this store. All the best to the owner of this store with such people working for them.

The sales person or manager (I’m not sure which she was) at this store is the most rude person I’ve met. She did not want me trying too many clothes. I always leave clothes back on their hanger but she commented that it takes forever to cleanup so she did not want too many clothes to be tried on. I still purchased 4 items, which I immediately regretted, as soon as I walked out of the store, because of her attitude. She did not even give a bag at the end and the whole experience left a bitter taste in the mouth. The most disappointing part however is that I posted a complaint on Rockmans website and no one has even bothered to contact me or apologise for the incident. Very disappointing.

Pathetic customer service by the young lady on Sunday afternoon. Looks like it’s her attitude to treat customers in such way only to a particular race as she greeted white customers who came to the store with a smiling face. I just asked whether there is a bigger size of a top but she replied sorry rudely even without checking.Why don’t you visit your neighbour store noni B and learn what’s customer service and how to treat all customers equally? Never returning!

Great prices and clothing size range.

Today my wife and two of my kids shoped to Rockmans Topryde around 10.30am. My 2.5 years old daughter got out from stroller and entered in to the shop. One of the staffs came to my wife and asked to take the baby away. My daughter was not touching or distracted any one, she was enjoying looking around. My wife was really shoked of what happened and we never experienced this rudeness in this beautiful Australia for last 8 years . I believe this is a hateful behaviour for kids and kindly request to investigate if she is qulify for the role. Thanks for the Australian mother who witnessed and supporting my wife against her badness.

Extremely rude customer service by Tracey. Treated my mother so disrespectfully. Spoke to us in the most condescending tone, huffing, sighing, rolling her eyes. Would give no stars if I could.
