Good customer service is to be commended, largely because it is so rare.MobilityCare Pty Ltd proved to be a category winner this week; one of the best customer service experiences I have had in years.On Monday (17/4/23) I called MobilityCare to enquire about rollators. Prior research had narrowed my focus to models made by Rollz, byACRE and two by Topro. The person at MobilityCare carefully quizzed me about my circumstances and the intended use of the rollator and by the end of the conversation I chose to buy a Topro Olympos (a great choice, it turns out).We then turned to retailers, as MobilityCare supports bricks & mortar retailers, but as I do not live in an urban area the nearest to me was a 3-hour drive away. I asked if I could buy direct from MobilityCare, and the answer was “sure”; a final price including delivery would be worked out, including the accessories I selected, and I would get a quote later in the day.An hour later I received the quote and the purchase was arranged over the phone.A mere 24 hours later the Topro Olympos arrived! It came fully assembled and ready to go, straight out of the box. All I had to do was adjust the height of the handles (easily done) and attach a couple accessories (I strongly recommend the cane holder). The Topro Olympos comes standard with a “shopping” bag and a back support (absolutely vital), both of which the new owner must attach to the unit, easy done in both cases. Those last items are often extra cost accessories for rollators from other top range manufacturers.The only accessory I bought that was not strictly necessary was the tray table, the attachment of which I botched, requiring a plea to MobilityCare for replacement mounting brackets. Their response was, “NO PROBLEM”, replacement brackets would be sent out ASAP and, by the way, here is an alternative way of installing the brackets which will avoid any chance of them breaking again".By Friday (today as I write this) the replacement brackets arrived and

We bought my wife a Pride scooter from MobilityCare in 2018. They price-matched one of the big on-line mobs and delivered it promptly fully assembled and charged (which the online mob wouldn't have done). They responded quickly to a minor warranty hassle, and also responded helpfully to a recent problem that occurred just out of warranty (turns out it was our goof not the scooter). We have dealt with Kate who is caring and competent. I highly recommend them.

I ordered a $3000+ scooter online and I had to call several times to get confirmation that it’s ordered as the website was not telling me anything although they took my money quicklyThen the tracking info was saying no order found I had to call several times againA lovely lady who tried her best to help but needed her boss to find my orderThat boss who didn’t bother to even speak to mesent a message through her staff saying It’s apparently the floods holding it upI had been asking about it way before the flood came .It’s been several week now And still no scooterThese scooters are for people in need it’s not for me to just have fun onIt’s just not good enough they advertise such caring servicesWell I wish I hadn’t ordered from them as it’s nothing but stress and frustration for my experience so far ..

Showing his exceptional service and generosity, Manager Rory Dunlevy offered me a part for my much-used Topro Rollator which had been dislodged by a very clumsy and heavy-handed taxi driver. Waiving the cost of $10 plus postage, Rory had the part in my mailbox two days after my call to him! This is typical of the care afforded to customers who purchase Mobility Aids' outstanding products.

We bought a Troja Rollator for my elderly Mum. MobilityCare's service was prompt and very helpful. They organised delivery of it to my Mum. She is off and running and very happy with it. The Rollator is making it much easier for her to be out and about with family due to its lightness and ease of folding for the cars and similar.Very professional service.
