Continual bad service from many of the staff and that comes from the top. I have returned multiple times with no improvement. More interested in their internal issues and certainly not protecting customers. There are better hardware options in the area that offer excellent customer service!

Had no stock of anything I needed... Mitre 10's website had way different prices and stock compared to what was in store. No advice or help from staff. Wasted my time.

The owner Sonya is incredibly rude. I believe it has been for sale for a long time, I'm not surprised that they can't sell it, any prospective buyer's would need to do a LOT of hardwork to reverse the damage Sonya has done to this business.An under new management" sign isn't going to help here.PROSPECTIVE BUYER'S BEWARE!!"

Closed Easter Saturday. So with the public holidays Friday , Sunday and Monday. And they honestly want people to shop local. No wonder people use Bunnings: yet another example of a local store not meeting local needs and no doubt if Cole’s did the same the owners would moan. Roll on Bunnings Kyneton.

I asked about getting a chainsaw chain as I've never bought one before. I was told which one I needed and purchased it. After it didn't fit i was told I couldn't return it. They were absolutely unapologetic about it as well. I recommend Stihl, just down the road. Excellent customer service.

Rudest customer service ever. Will never sped money there ever again. Most of the staff with their masks off or hanging around their necks. Asked very politely, explaining someone in my immediate family has cancer and is very vulnerable... the guy started yelling and swearing at me to f-off and go whine somewhere else... I was utterly gob smacked... it is the law to wear mask right now, so not only were most of the staff ignoring the law, they abuse you for asking.... JUST AWFUL

Not a huge store but very helpful staff and organised shelving helps one find what your looking for.That was 2020 & 2021. Went there in 2022 & there was hardly anybody there?I had to hunt out somebody to ask about something I needed to buy and they seemed bothered by that?It's like a dusty ghost town minus the tumbleweeds lol
