The customer experience from both Clare in Sydney and Lara and Rachel in Melbourne was exceptional. Emails were detailed and prompt. Rachel from Earp Bros was an absolute dream to work with. She took the time to understand the look we were after and helped bring our coastal design aesthetic to life. We purchased lovely encaustic tiles back in 2018. Beautiful. Unfortunately the team at EARP Bros didn't let us know that they aren't suitable to be used as a bathroom/shower base floor. Since then we've had to rehone and seal on multiple occasions at thousands of extra dollars of expense. Very disappointing at a large initial expense and completely unpractical for every day use. Would never recommend.
