Had issues with water pressure, water heating and discolouration in the water. O’Brien staff were on site within 3 business days and the problem quickly identified. A week later had the outdoor pipes replaced and a new water heater installed. Staff were polite, helpful and efficient. Got the job done in half a day. Would definitely recommend O’Brien!

I have been using O'Brien Plumbing for a few years for my investment properties in Dubbo and appreciate their prompt service and reasonable pricing. If there was any issue with the plumbing work that they did, they came back to follow up and got issues fixed. The whole team of plumbers and admin work very well with job scheduling, communication and billing. This is very important for me because I always gave written and verbal instructions to them remotely and they got works done promptly for me without me having to physically be present at the job site and show them around. Once works were done they gave me detailed and accurate report. So I would say they are very organised.

Had an urgent leak and the service that O'Brien Plumbing Dubbo provided was excellent.They answered and informed me of the after hours call fee up front and attended promptly. The plumber assessed the issue and left to find the required part, returning quickly and the leak was fixed in a short time. Would highly recommend this service to others.

The Plumbing team are really helpful. It was a delight to hear the plumber taking a lot of care to explain processes to his apprentice. He clearly enjoys his work and wants his apprentice to enjoys his trainingDo not use the 'click here to play invoice' link on the email, it will add an additional $10 charge as a merchant fee, without warning to your account which was pretty offensive. Use bpay or direct credit from your bank.I would use O'Brian's again for sure.
