I've been at Cocoa & Bean 4 times now. Everytime some mistake happened. Either they forgot my order or brought me the wrong drinks and food. It's bad customer service. No one feels responsible and they're just pointing the finger at each other. There is no communication between the staff members. I love the food and the restaurant itself. It's a great location, it looks comfortable and there is a whole outdoor area. It's the perfect place to have breakfast during spring and summer.Unfortunately the service is not good enough which sucks as everything else is great.Today I got my money back as the staff made several mistakes and completely forgot about my food which was unfortunately cold when I got it. At least I got the money back which I'm grateful for.I won't go back to Cocoa & Bean. Maybe one day once I know the service got better but until then, I will go and have breakfast somewhere else.

The place itself is nice for a relaxing breakfast and food used to be pretty good but last couple of times not so much anymore. The kids working there now seem very very young probably 15 or under and not blaming them for working there obviously but they do need more training and supervision on how to cook and make coffee. Coffee's been served boiling hot, burger bun's completely dried out, bacon overcooked and hard to eat, avocado isn't served fresh etc.Service is good but the quality of food is down.

I ordered food for takeaway, I was given my food which was nice and warm, I waited 25 minutes for fries. When recieving the fries I asked if my pie and carrot cake could be warmed up again.The base of the pie had become one with the cardboard box it and ripped open when I picked it up.My cake’s icing was so badly melted, it went through the bag I carried the food in. The first time it was heated the icing was intact.Will not go back.

Lovely find on a Sunday. Excellent coffee, freshly squeezed juice options and friendly service. In summer, the courtyard eating area would be ideal. Meals of note were the pulled pork salad and the Moroccan chicken salad. Wow factor from the first bite.

Absolutely perfect spot for breakfast. My wife and I attend here more often than not on the weekend and cannot fault it. Ordering via mobile device right from your table is super convenient and the service is prompt and very friendly. The food is extremely delicious and the amount given is generous. The establishment itself has a rustic, warm, comfy vibe about it.

Called in here for coffee this morning and was impressed with everything, so I came back for lunch as well. It also didn't disappoint! I had the roast pumpkin and Feta bruchetta. The outdoor area is gorgeous when the weather plays nice!My new favorite cafe when I come to town!

I couldn't find a good coffee anywhere in Griffith till I found this place. I almost cried when they were closed on one of the days we were there. If I get the Griffith again I will definitely be back.
