Wide range of products and helpful staff that know where things are. I bought a nest hub and it was on special at 30% off. Good deals from time to time. I enjoyed shopping here.

Went in to buy a laptop and was helped by a lovely gentleman named Kaleb. He was so knowledgeable with computers and asked questions to find the right fit for me. Walked out very happy with my purchases. Thanks Kaleb for the great customer service, no doubt I’ll be back again soon!

Customer service is always spot on! I had Sage help me today with a faulty product and it was a simple process and everyone was super helpful. I love seeing the friendly interactions between staff too!

Wanted some help choosing handset (quality, preference etc) but conceded it was a personal choice to make - was given info on insurance though which we took up, overall less drama than the first shop we went to.

Great happy staff members, very helpful. Good prices, happy to price match. Good range of products. Went to great lengths to help me with a defective TV, replaced without any issues. I'll keep coming back here!

Most of the guys there are good, I like the security doorman as he is always courteous, but some of the female staff are dismissive and ignorant. Today the girl at the counter was arrogant and rude (I was served at 07/06/2023 at 11:34 AM, if the manager wants to check who was on the counter then) -and I was just buying a dvd!The manager at Malaga really has to keep a check on the behaviour of some of his/her counter staff, especially the younger women there, as it has put me off going there again.-To the bad-mannered person that served me:Maybe you found my appearance offensive in some way, but let's be honest, you 'aint the best looking broad out there, are you?You really need to RECONSIDER your current job in customer service, as it requires NORMAL HUMAN SOCIAL SKILLS, and a little something called...---------------------- RESPECT FOR CUSTOMERS.-------------------------------

The staff is just amazing, approachable, very quick to help, very friendly. No hassles. I have not had not one bad experience with the JB stores in the last 22 years since moving here to Perth.

Done with this store. Tried to buy a TV, struggled to get service, then was told I would have to get delivery as a TV wouldn't fit in an X-trail.Ended up going to the good guys Malaga. Bought the same TV, same price, excellent service and didn't even need to put my back seats down to get the TV in the car.

Picked up a new game here on Friday, staff were busy but forfilling orders very well. Props to them.I was next to a gentlemen who asked for his pre-ordered game to be replaced due to a dent in the package and it was swapped no fuss.
