We were really disappointed after our experience. Delays were very long and unexplained, communication was minimal.

They are a great team that do a wonderful job to ensure that their customers are satisfied and happy with the result

My partner and I were intending on building with Vartel. We paid a deposit back in December, we completed our colour selection in February and did not receive the tender until early June. We were told in February the tender would take 3-4 weeks.Once we made some minor changes in that tender, we were told the new version would be ready within that week. Again, the time frame was pushed out by 3 weeks.We were never contacted, we were always chasing for updates.The lack of adhering to time frames and the abysmal attempt at communication was the reason we chose to build with someone else, roughly 28 weeks after paying the deposit.Based on our experience, we would not recommend.

Very professional will be building with Vartel Development soon.Will let you know how it went.But this builder comes highly recommend.
