Incredibly rude woman at the front desk, literally snatched my order docket out of my hand and didn’t even acknowledge me. The guys that work in the timber section are great, really friendly and helpful. Shame about the customer service at the front desk when going to pay for the timber though.

Went to pickup order this morning all went ok. Got home and realised they had not packed beading as paid for. Went back and was told definately taped to side of timber. Not 100% sure so went home and checked and packed up timber still taped up with no beading. Picked up bundles and put in car and went back for the third time and all that was said was - I thought it was there. No apology for stuffing us around back and forth three times. Very bad customer service

Unfortunately I have to agree with a lot of other comments, their customer service is pretty terrible and borderline rude.I had to take time off work to go check samples and ask some questions to make sure I got the right pieces and got nothing in return. No interest in spending even 1 minute to help, got told to go to the warehouse to see samples and when I mentioned we might need someone to take measurements at our home so we know how much to buy (which is a service they advertise on their website on the actual main page) I've been dismissed as if I've asked to see the Queen..

Been here for a year. A trade machinist and find it a very great place. We are one of the most last craftsmen to create custom timber. And we'll experienced for over many years. There is not many jobs I say is impossible in this place when it comes to custom work

Good range of stock and competitively priced. Quick service. Just be prepared to know what you need to ask for. Customer service is polite and professional.

Good variety of products. Not bad prices but the shiela on the front desk is the most miserable human being I have had the displeasure of meeting. If I wasn’t desperate for the timber I would have walked out.
