Wonderful Jack always does my hair and has transformed it from dead looking and not something I was happy with. Now I really like and enjoy my hair thanks to Jack. He gives me exactly what I want and really listens to what I ask for. Excellent experience all round. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Finally I’ve found a perfect hairdresser! I genuinely enjoy my time here every eight weeks, the staff are lovely, and I get the best, cleanest blonde (from dark brown and grey hair) I’ve ever received! Lovely decor, delicious tea/coffee and biscuit, and most of all, fantastic hair!Highly recommend :)

Had a wonderful indulgent experience having my hair trim and colour with Maria. A beautifull salon. Hair wash and treatments r done in a private" area creating a soothing relaxing environment and making u feel very special

Sally has done a fantastic transformation....from dry ends uneven cut and washed out colour..it has taken a few visits. I found Sally listened and took action to remedy my situation. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her to my family and friends.I am so pleased to have fresh colour, semitry ...and compliments. Thankyou Sally!

I’ve been coming here now for over 5 years and cannot rate highly enough. Abbey knows what I need way better than I ever could and I completely trust her. Friendly and welcoming team and always accommodating in terms of getting an appointment to work around my schedule. Do need to be mindful of the booking notice period but can understand why they need it based on their popularity.

That was the worst experience I have ever had at a hairdresser. I wasn't even greeted by my hairstylist, Jess, she barely consulted me about what I wanted, I am 7 months pregnant and didn't even get offered a glass of water while all the other patrons had tea and coffee and water. The hair stylist barely uttered two words to me except commanding me to move to the different chairs. I'm actually shocked at how I was treated - all of the usuals were treated with kindness and respect but I wasn't? There was a point where I thought while she was washing my hair maybe she was trying to scrub the brown off my skin because it seemed like that was the problem she had considering she was treating everyone else so well.Also! She whacked me in the face like 3 times with the heavy cord from the hair straightener which hurt! And she didn't even apologise?I had to ask her to redo the style because she didn't listen to me in the first place. It was the most horrendous experience ever (even after paying higher than usual prices) and I will be recommending people to not go here.

Beautiful salon and atmosphere with a super lovely team. I have been coming here for a little while. Today I had Jess colour my hair - she was fantastic! I love these highly skilled technical & fun hairdressers! Thank you! My silvery hair is looking & feeling great. ☺️

Had an amazing experience here. Staff were all lovely and efficient, was instantly offered coffee, tea and wine. Jack has been my hairdresser in the times that I have been here and he offers impeccable service and made my hair look fantastic, talking me through the process as he did so. The atmosphere is lovely, with upbeat but calming music and easy going conversation. Everyone who left here had beautiful looking hair and it’s very fairly priced for the services provided.

I first started going to amicus just over 4 years ago when they were off the Main Street. I mistakenly in between went to a few other hairdressers however never got the service or result I get from amicus.I leave 100% happy every time with my hair and how the staff have listened to what I want. Don’t bother looking around for another hairdresser, I highly recommend amicus!!
