Shocking customer service. Was told that I was the problem, the guy wanted my address so he could come to my house. Why would I give an angry staff member my address!? I should have read the other negative reviews before I went to these clowns.

Horrible customer service just yelled talked over us and was very very rude talked in a agressive annoyed way i actaully can not beleive how discustingly rude he was and it was obvious that he was annoyed that he had to help us he just kept saying that we had to bring the paint down so he could see if he had it in the shop even though we already had the name of the colour he baisically said that he couldnt help us so we went to bunnings we found the exact paint we were looking for at bunnings with very well manerd staff.

Staff definitely need training in customer service. Won’t be back. Won’t recommend.Reply: if you didn’t override your other rather polite and cooperative worker we had the paint code and the photo but couldn’t get a word in with the assertive and aggressive manner my wife and I had to try cooperate with all within 2 minutes in your shop. Best of luck anyway.
