I drove from Bathurst on the off chance I would find a dress for a ball I have coming up. Jo was just so welcoming and helpful and I walked out with my perfect dress. I highly recommend Danielle Louise, the service was wonderful.

The lady at the orange shop, would leave us to think about dresses and was pressuring me to keep trying on dresses after I said I was done. She also made me put on dresses even after I told her they would fit and made me feel horrible because they didn't fit.

Staff looked at me like I wasn’t welcome in the shop. Pretty sure I earn more than they do. Went to pick up a dress that I bought on the website. They had emailed me saying that they messed up the sizes but I could try on the smaller size. Then when browsing the shop I noticed there were some products for sale. I noticed a jacket was heavily discounted. I asked the woman if that was the correct price and she said yes and was happy to process it. The lady that messed up my first order then said that the tag was a mistake and the discounted price was wrong. Pretty sure that’s totally against regulation. How they run a business is beyond me. WILL NEVER SHOP HERE AGAIN.

Drove 2 1/2 hours to get to this place, just because the service is sooo good. Never been disappointed. Thanks so looking after me. Will be back

Went there with a friend and one of the staff looked her up and down and said rudely “ we only go to a size 14 but you can try some stuff on but it won’t fit you”.

BUYER BEWARE - DECEPTIVE RETAILER. Don’t purchase online from this store. This clothing store insists that purchasing the incorrect size constitutes a “ change of mind return”. They don’t refund under any circumstances but this not clear on their website. Given this a a regional store I’m sure most traffic is online and wrong sizing is a common occurrence. The best they will offer you is a “store credit” so quite deceptive. They would not reply to my emails or a request to speak to the manager…..oh and they delivered my $1200 evening dress carelessly shoved inside a small express post bag. Horrible experience all round - if you shop here you will be disappointed.
