It’s not an enjoyable experience, when as a local, you support local, & purchase a burger through your advertised promotion, only to be charged more than advertised and then get verbally abused by another customer, in your store.Tonight, however this was the unfortunate experience that transpired when coming to collect my order.We had order 1x Classic burger, and when I came to pickup, the female server told me it was $15…When I questioned the price, stating I thought it was $12.50 as advertised,Your server told me all that had been ordered was the burger, but the $12.50 promo was for a burger and chips, so we had to pay $15 as no chips had been ordered.I then reiterated we would get the $12.50 package and if that included chips, then I’ll get the chips.She said she would have to get them made, then told me it would be $18 total….???!!Again I asked if the order was for the $12.50 burger special, why was it now $18!!??She said “Yeah but that’s with chips and so that makes it $18”…As I was very confused at this point, and had only brought my smart watch into the store to pay with, I went back to my car and got my phone to check what the promotion particulars were.Upon returning a Male server offered me my order and when I asked how much it was, (after checking the promo said $12.50, )the girl server interjected and said “you ordered chips so now it’s $18”,By this point I was really frustrated and confused and reiterated “all I am after is the $12.50 burger promo, if that includes chips then great if it doesn’t then that’s fine too, but why am I being charged $15 or $18?”At this point another customer said “Not all the burgers are $12.50 tonight, we got told on the phone some are still more, we just paid the extra”To be honest this made me feel quite embarrassed, butI showed her the advertisement and said but it says “All burgers are $12.50 and we ordered a classic, so why am I being charged more?”This customer then told me “I was being an a$$hole”,which was extremely confronting, when all I was trying to understand was why I was being charged more…?At this point the male server took over and said my burger actually was $12.50, and included in the special.In essence due to your staff member being unaware of your promotion and it’s particulars, I was made to feel embarrassed and verbally abused by your customers, not to mention frustrated and disappointed with the service your staff member provided.

The service was absolutely superb they would go far beyond the normal franchise customer service to bring a personal yet joyful experience to good to get the perfect meal for me and my family. There prices a brilliant for the size of the meals always freshly cooked and always looking as good as they say. Great place to come and enjoy the food with a look over the maroochy river.

We were a family of six and arrived just as they opened, so can forgive the slowness of service and it was a bit disorganised. If the food had been great we wouldn't have minded, but it was only average. My milkshake was good but the burgers need a lift. If you are hungry the burgers are still better here than the big burger chains. I'm sure they can do better! And I want to support local business!

Waffle fries and kids meals were amazing!Burger had a little too much sauce on it, but that's just me.Really good menu and a good price for what you get.

Honestly we were a little sceptical because we had a huge order, and it was ready within 15mins. But WOW the food was so good. Onion rings were amazing, burger was great and everything else was 10/10. Well done guys, you even remembered all the changes and add ons we made to our order which in our experience a lot of take away joints forget/ignore.You should be very proud of your staff! Awesome work.

We always wanted to try this place but the location isn’t the best. However definitely worth stopping for.We had the seafood pack for 2 and the chicken burger.VERY generous servings, cod was yummy, potatoe scallops were crunchy, calamari was great and the “chicks dig me” burger was amazing.

Was keen to try this place but don't waste your money. Shame cause the photos look good. Was told it would be a 20 minute wait that's fine I don't have a problem with that. Ended up being 50 minutes and they gave me someone else's food. Finally my order comes out. Have a quick look it seems to be all there get home and the halloumi burger is missing the halloumi. Busy or not lift your game and be truthful with waiting times and sending the right food out and check you put the ingredients on the burger we paid for. Hopefully you take this as constructive criticism and be better than what you achieved today.

Hayley was an absolute gem giving us food recommendations along with great customer service. Food was amazing definitely will be back again.
