Stay away. Wants to be paid before he is finished and then once he gets the money he doesn’t complete the job.

Matt Douglas of Matt Douglas Tiling attended my property July 2018 to give me a quote.I accepted the quote. He asked for a large payment up front which I made.By December 2018 (5 months later) the work was not done. He agreed to give me my money back. Rang and messaged every couple of weeks and by March 2019 - he had not repaid any of the money.Then Matt Douglas advised he would have time to complete the job in 2 weeks if I still wanted. I then stripped out my bathroom and waited for him to return. 7 weeks later still hadn’t returned and my bathroom was unusable. He advised he would return the money.Now another 3 months later the money has still not been returned.So after paying in July 2018 - my bathroom was still not done by September 2019.#ballarattilers #tilers #bathroomrenovationsballarat

Employed my 15yo son with the promise of an apprenticeship. Kept delaying signing him up. Paid him well under minimum wages for a short time. Stopped paying him all together and now my son is waiting for nearly $1000 in wages. Doubt we will hear from him again as he ignores texts and doesn't answer calls. Stay well away!!!!!
