Excellent service and highly knowledgeable staff who recommended great wines, along with tasty pairings. Staff had great knowledge on the wines origins and I love the ambience of the place. Tasty food and quick service. Couldn’t recommend more!

I'm not sure what clientele they're trying to appeal to but it doesn't seem to be working. Service is lovely, but prices are overly inflated. The highlight of the food was the sizzling prawns, but $18 for 6 medium sized prawns was underwhelming. The real kicker was their salt & pepper squid for around $20 was from a packet/frozen. Their wine system is definitely innovative and amazing especially if you like trying individual wines by the glass. They also offer sparkling & still water on the house which was a nice touch. The toasted baguette was definitely scarce on our paddock board, but they did replenish it upon request without extra cost more than once. Nice experience but not really worth the price.

A real mixed bag and I would have thought teething problems (until I discovered that Sundial Urban Cellar Door has been open for a while).What’s working - the food is tasty (though limited choice available) and the unique wine service system added a lot of fun. Great vibe, though the live music later in the evening wasn’t really needed. We had the Peking Duck Pancakes which were excellent and then a range of tacos including Samoan chicken and Shitake Mushroom (we preferred the chicken but found the flavour very similar for both).Where there is opportunity (highlighted in previous reviews going back 8months). We arrived at 6:30pm, quickly seated but we didn’t get a menu for 20minutes (as they were in short supply). The menu asks you to order at the bar, however when we went to the bar we were asked to order from our table. The “sushi” train setup has all of the cold entrees (which can’t be ordered from staff), however by 7pm they had run out of dips, cheeses, crackers and bread (and I kept watch as to when they were replenished but come 8pm, still no more). So, we were forced to skip entrée/cold tapas because there weren’t any. Service was friendly but chaotic.

We recently enjoyed a fabulous evening at Sundial. The concept behind self dispensing wine is a great way to taste a selection of premium Australian wine and chat with other diners. A lovely social environment, delicious food and of course Susie's warm and inviting presence makes this tapas/wine bar a must visit.

Absolutely love it here! Such a unique experience being able to taste different wines, something you would usually have to travel to a winery for. Really delicious food and authentic and friendly service. Highly recommend!

Our family had dinner for my son’s birthday and we had a great time. Enjoyed the variety of wines and the ambiance. Their prior reviews doesn’t seem accurate as this is a must go restaurant. Staff were great and the owner is very warm and welcoming.

So much heart in this place! You can feel there is so alot love gone into the customers experience. Food is mouth-wateringly yummy, beautifully served AND the pay as you go wine machine / dispensary make this place so unique and fun!You can tell there is so much knowledge in the wines chosen and the pairing of delicious bites.Amazing secret back room for private events!We love sundial!

One would go here for the unique wine bar, live music, lovely ambience, cheese and pet friendly seating.The food in general is expensive and not worth your money. Might have to reinvent to survive as once you have experienced the wine bar, it is hard to mount a reason to return.Unique concept so just about scrapes to 4 stars for me

We had a wonderful afternoon enjoying wine pairing lunch. Very loving and knowledgeable owner, great hospitality combined with elegantly presented delicious food. Thank you for making that afternoon so special for all of us.Must mention about the stunning pavlova which was the perfect ending.
