Ordered from Springfield store, but no way to leave a review there.. conveniently. Worst burger, arrived with well over cooked, dried out chicken, minimal sauce and only partially ripe tomatoes. The brownie is dried out and freezing cold. Biggest rip off, at $19 don't bother

This is the second time they have got my order wrong. First time I ordered a cheese burger and they sent me a chicken burger (which was absolutely disgusting, tough, dry and over cooked!) Second time they forgot to include the milkshake ordered. No lots of" siracha sauce on the burgers ordered. No extra cheese as ordered on the chips. Chips and burger were cold. The food is already overpriced before they forget to include the added extras!!"

I just did an order for almost a $100. Advertised on the menu, 5 hashbrowns with siracha sauce. Ordered only to realise that you have to pay extra for the sauce that was supposed to come with the dish. Who does that!!! Loaded wedges also advertised that it comes with sour cream and sweet chillie and also have to pay extra! This was an extremely expensive order and was not worth the money at all. So disappointed. Save yourself the disappointment and go somewhere else!

YOU HAVE TO BE JOKINGDO not buy from here Burgers with Bite Brisbane airportwe put in our order and paid for it. the app said about 45 minutes to get it delivered then that stretched out to 95 minutes then they rang told us there were no sweet potato fries would wedges be ok ( we said yes how long will the order be) they said they were cooking the order now then while we were waiting we get a message that the order was cancelled and there was no way for us to ring them or contact them we messaged them through messenger but they did not answer.be careful using services through UBER eats that have no direct contact numbers as this can happen to you and the supplier is not answerable to anyone for wasting your time now I guess we have to chase our refund and buy our lunch else where NOT IMPRESSED
