A professional Medical Centre that provides a great service. I am a patient of 15 years and would personally like to thank Receptionists Donna and Ivy who went out of their way to get a medical form completed in a timely manner.Caring, passionate, skilled and professional are just four words to describe Dr Joe and the care he has shown me over the years.Every time I visit or phone, I receive a warm welcoming atmosphere from the friendly reception team. Definitely a great choice if you are looking for Medical Services with practitioners and knowledgeable Doctors and staff that really care. With appreciation Angie

If I could give 0 stars I would. Worst medical centre in the inner west. Rude and incompetent receptionists. Waited all day for a phone call from the doctor (scheduled at 11:20 but ended up calling at 12:51). Missed the call and then called back to cancel another call only to be spoken to in a disgusting and rude manner by the receptionist. Won't be going here again. Avoid at all costs unless you enjoy dealing with rude reception staff.

Totally rude receptionist, waited half hour for my appointment which I had booked in. Asked receptionist how long is this going to take, she said doctors are busy. She didn't call doctor or do anything for 20 minutes except play with her phone. I stormed out and said to her some of us are shift workers who are casual I'm losing money. Doctor calls my wife to tell me stop being rude, hey Clayton your staff was rude and useless, by the way you are running a business and I'm a customer, remember that. You still need my Medicare card to get paid

Edited: After seeing the GP we were told we could've called in the prescription request. We weren't the only patients in this position. Would be nice if staff could spend a little time understanding patient needs beforehand to avoid making them wait so long.Usually I would recommend this centre for friendly service and quality care. But today (Sunday) I waited 2.5 hours for a renewal of a prescription urgently needed with only 4 people in front of me. One GP on duty spending over 40 min per patient while folks queue up in the waiting room. It blows by mind that centres can operate like this. So if you're here on a walk in only day - beware.

I called over the weekend to make an appointment, I completely understand that they couldn’t see me straight away as most practices are at capacity. I show up today for my 5.20 appointment early as requested and the whole practice was closed, I don’t know if there was an emergency or what happened, not only was my appointment booked but all the signs said they were open until 6. I think it is wildly unprofessional that I didn’t even receive an email or text to let me know not to come in. I will now have to book somewhere else and wait in pain, because yes, as a health provider they are delivering an essential service that can really affect its clients if they don’t deliver.

Reception staff are very rude and inconsiderate. They have a sign at the front to respect receptionist ..who have zero respect themselves.On 2 occasions have I been practically hung up on when iv called to make an appointment.Very miserable people running the front desk and definitely not a friendly face when you or a loved one is sick.Definitely will be finding a new practice.

Terrible booking system and astoundingly poor treatment of customers.I normally wouldn’t leave a bad review anywhere but after being spoken to so profoundly rude over the phone by the receptionist unprovoked, I felt compelled to speak out.It’s almost hard to fathom how the receptionist can be so rude and not receive disciplinary action from management.

I wish I could give this practice a -5 Star because they are a joke of a medical centre. Suffer from migraines and needed a script for migraine medication. Call up and get told they are booked out so I requested a e script to be sent to my phone within I have done before. 3 days later and still havnt gotten a message. Keep getting told the same answers ' yes the doctor will do it'
