Family friendly bistro and good-value yummy meals! There is a kids playground, colouring in, and even some healthy meals too. The steak sandwich has a generous serve of steak. And bonus if you're not driving you can kick back with a drink!

In the beginning was a tad overwhelming with unsure of where to order the young man at the main bar wasn't overly helpful but apart from that thoroughly enjoyed. Bit of a mix up with meals but management stepped up and acted appropriately and calm. Thankyou for the beautiful meal. My boys loved the playground too. We will be back.

Good place to have drinks in Wagga Wagga. Price is reasonable. Staff is friendly and I was offered free drinks. They have good side dish options for drinks. Even though their pizzas are not the best but large enough for about 4 people.

The venue itself is large and has a playground. It has toilets and disabled parking.The tables are often sticky and not clean. The outside seating is nicely set up and spacious.The menu is way to large and is extremely over priced. The food is hit and miss. Some is really good and some is awful.The drinks are average and the staff and not friendly at all.

I have had several meals at the Kooringal Hotel during my many visits to Wagga Wagga over the last eight years. The meals have been well priced with generous amount of food on the plate. On my current visit to Wagga I had a meal at Kooringal Hotel. I was disappointed. The menu has changed. I ordered battered baramundi (fish). The fish was cold the battered chips were soggy. Another meal order at my table was grilled barramundi, battered chips and salad. The fish was a much smaller fillet than my order. It was also cold with soggy chips. The kitchen at the Kooringal Hotel will have to improve before I will return for a Pub Meal. One star is all I can manage for this revue.Update: The meals have improved since my initial report 3 years ago.

Food was amazing would definitely return for dinner. Service is ok can wait up to 10 minutes to be served for drinks at times. The worse part about the pub is the atmosphere on a Saturday night every time I’ve been here it’s been on Saturday and I’ve had the pleasure of being surrounded by the East Wagga Hawks. They are loud obnoxious and rude I had a full grown man try ark up at my partner and I when we politely asked them to not lean over the top of us. I don’t under why this pub tolerates disrespectful behaviour let alone sponsor them.

Ordered the 16$ lunch rump and mash. I asked if the mash was real as it was grey. Was told by cook that it was but had excess liquid in it and couldn't be helped. Steak was perfect. I didn't eat the mash slop that was on my plate.

Worst meal I have ever been served. The people with me had steak or chicken schnitzel and these were OK but nothing special. My nachos was a plate of soggy splodge. Do the people who prepare the food ever taste or try what they are dishing up?
