Queensland Appliances

This is my second time to use their service (dryer) and now dishwasher. They have spare parts ready which makes the repair smooth and quick. There was a bit of a problem when I made a booking online as I didn't get an email confirmation but it got resolved right away when I gave them a follow up call and the lady tried to put me on the earliest available time.

Highly recommend Queensland Appliances. Both dishwasher drawers stopped working in the same week. Called Qld Appliances because they are local and found the whole experience of getting the repairs done to be very good and not too expensive. We eventually gave up on trying to keep the old dish draws reliably working and with Levi's advice, bought a very well priced dishwasher from him, which he installed. Once again, prompt and efficient and always smiling.

Engineer was very knowledgeable when he came to look at my dishwasher. Knew straight away where the problem was, fixed it really quickly, explained what was wrong, and clearly knew all the main things that can go wrong with other appliances too from our conversation! Great customer service, highly recommend!

I was in contact with this group at the beginning of the new year...trying to find out if can get a part....was promised a call back by email in January....nothing...despite many phone calls of which none have been answered.... it is now April and all I get is the answering service....edit note...In response to your reply...i was never advised to contact the warranty group..and have never received one reply to my many phone calls.. i was informed that you would contact me by email and that never happened either....in fact i never got past your very rude receptionist who informed me that she would look into this part for me and let me know by email about it...many , many phone calls later, as i said, i have never received a reply.....

This company is amazing. Levi is the greatest. We got a fridge from them a while ago- it has had some issues with the doors not sealing properly. Every time we called them they were happy to help, Levi came and fixed it no worries and was super polite and friendly. The customer service is what differentiates this place from the rest.

I have purchased a washer and dryer through Queensland Appliances, their products are great and much cheaper than other retailers. Quick delivery and an overall easy process. I’ve also had one of their technicians out on separate occasions to fix my oven and dishwasher. They are knowledgeable, friendly, offer great customer service and value. 10/10 would definitely recommend!

This business is owned by a young couple. Levi has to be the most honest business owner that I have ever met. (And I am over 60). If Levi tells you he will sort any problem out believe me he does. Both him and his wife are a delight to deal with. We have bought three appliances from Levi and we highly highly recommend this business.
