The technician (David) arrived when he said he would and quickly set to work on the problem. He was careful and thorough and took the time to explain the fault and explain my options. The total cost of the job was very reasonable considering the work done. My heater is now working better than it has in 20 years. I have previously used Stadt Industries / Total Climate Management (TCM) for service calls and faults and it was a nightmare. I agree with the one star reviews they get. They are terrible.
