We engaged Kelem Design services twice over last few years and both times they provided excellent service leading to desired outcome.We found Kelem Design very helpful, professional, direct and supportive from design stage to completion of the project

The first time we've heard of Kelem Design was through our friends who just finished a new project and were very happy with the results.At that time, we were looking for an architect to continue with renovation project of our house. The project was at the early stage of planning and got to a stop because we couldn't see an eye-to-eye with an Architectural company we originally chosen.Anna (the architect of Kelem Design) had promptly responded to our enquiry and suggested to visit our house to see for herself (not just through the photos) the house and have a discussion on the ideas we have.We found it very easy to communicate with Anna. She is very knowledgeable, listened and gave recommendations according to what we needed. She offered some really good advice to validate our renovation ideas and brought numerous new ideas that we were actively considering.At the initial stage Anna offered us 3 (three) different options to choose from. Anytime we had a question or query, Anna would respond quickly. She would deal on our behalf with numerous authorities, such as engineer and building surveyor, city council.The renovation is almost completed now. We couldn't be happier with the result achieved with Kelem Design.Elena
