Burst Water pipe was promptly isolated so we could use kitchen area immediately. After separate firm removed cabinets the burst pipe was replaced - excellent work carried out in a very confined area. The kitchen was left neat and tidy and also nice to have friendly workmen. At this time of the year we couldn’t be any happier with Star Plumbing’s service. Would definitely recommend….

sad to hear you didn't want to know about the issues we had with water pipes in the walls, seeing as last time you came out 3 years ago, you didn't see to mind charging full price, because the warranty was expired, and helped us deal with the pipe's manufacturer. As it was a dire situation your services were replaced with another immediately. two stars because the job you did last time was not that bad.Sorry, but you will be passed over now.This was no rogue, and not untrue, you failed to read the whole review, and as a point, i would like to add that your intentions show the dire need to hide your severe shortcomings! How dare you try to get real reviews deleted, I post few and real reviews, if that is a problem for you, then you should have made more effort to offer a better service. I am changing this review to one star, and not going to use you, because you would just harass me in the future.Utterly Disgusted

Star Plumbing helped us close a year long insurance claim when water leaked into our gas pipe and destroyed all our gas appliances. The Large Claim Project Manager sent several different plumbers to flush the lines yet water was always still detected in the gas system. It wasn’t until Star Plumbing got involved that the lines were properly flushed finally allowing the installation of our new gas appliances. If it weren’t for Star Plumbing we’d be spending our second winter in a freezing cold house. We won’t use anyone else now.

Connor from Star Plumbing detected and repaired a leaking hot water pipe set into our kitchen/garage wall. He went above and beyond with his repair and advice. We recently moved into our new house and shortly after had an issue with one of the flickmixers not working correctly.We reported this to star plumbing and their response time was absolutely 1st class.The flickmixer manufacturer called us the same day and a new mixer was installed the very next morning. Thank you so much... very impressed!

I had a lea detection done in Mindarie byLeon at Star Plumbing. His report was professional and explained where the leak was along with photos.I got a quote from Star Plumbing and engaged them to do the work. I was pleased to learn Leon was undertaking the repairs. I also asked for some additional works to be do (new washer to wash hand basin tap, tighten tap and also remove a toilet seat and cistern and fit new seat and cistern).All works were done today with no fuss. I have included pictures of repair to leak.Thanks Leon for a great job.
