通过朋友介绍认识了石头哥，我和我的先生都是定居中国的，想要在悉尼办一场西式婚礼。我们先是咨询了关于场地和费用的各项事宜，石头哥每次都很耐心的给我们建议，还帮我们安排了机票和住宿方便我们在悉尼各个景点拍摄婚纱照。还有就是特别感谢的就是我们的设计稿修改了很多遍但是他的团队都还是很乐意的帮我们修改我自己都觉得不好意思了哈哈哈。婚礼当天全程跟踪得很好，各个方面都配合得很好，我们都很满意。谢谢石头哥还有Lemoment的其他小伙伴们的努力让我们有一个美好的回忆。

Lin planned our wedding and he is really good at styling wedding and has a lot of creative ideas. He coordinate my wedding on the day and everything went quite smoothly.However, my overall experience with them was barely satisfactory. I choose Le moment Team end up their staff who was following up my case keep quitting from the company. And they were very slow at responding my requests and took them a month to deliver one page draft ceremony plan. We paid all our wedding budget to Le Moment so that they could pay suppliers on our behalf. However, it has been 6 weeks after our wedding we still have't received our payment statement after requesting so many times.I just wanted to be fair in terms of commenting. Le moment is good at styling but not very organised overall and terrible at admin. One star goes to their creative ideas but I cannot offer more.

Lin has done a great job and he was always there to help when we needed him. Our wedding included a Chinese tea ceremony in the morning and we had no idea how it works. Luckily, Lin and his team assisted us through and guided us what we need to be aware of. Everything was set and ready when I arrived at the reception venue. Decorations were fantastic and it was absolutely what we have discussed. Although there was a bit of rush for the group photo but it was totally understandable as we do have a large family and grandma & grandpa took a bit of time to get ready. A little bit of imperfect makes perfect! It is something that we can laugh about in the future.Thanks again to Lin and his team for delivering a great job!

I decided to let Lin handle my wedding from design, decoration to coordination from 12 months ago!! however im not sure if they are seriously under resource or just being too busy with other weddings, my wedding day was chaos.Firstly, our close frds table got setup completely wrong, that my closest friends got pushed to the corner and the friends suppose to sit furthest actually sat closest to the bridal table, i feel so sorry for my friends that came on the day!!Secondly, no one help my family to pack up our belongings, that i have spent 2 days after wedding to find my cake stands, my laptop chargers, my name cards, and other small signages i dont feel any support from Lin in finalize all issues after wedding.Thirdly, it took them 4 months to get wedding design back to me, that i paid my 1st deposit in Mar 18 and got wedding design in July 18.On the day, the reception decor was delay! The reception desk decor was also delay, the welcome board was not decor as discussed!!! and it delay the whole reception rundown, that i missed my game session completely which i planned for so long.i just tried to be fair, maybe this is not a high end luxury wedding cost $200k, but i still deserve to get good services and attention with the package i paid. i should not run around to chase you for everything.

My wife and I had Lin and his team plan and co-ordinate our wedding day. They asked us what we loved and we ended up having a Harry Potter themed wedding. Lin and his team were extremely hard working and helpful throughout the buildup to the wedding day. The theme detail and execution was amazing and was more than I had expected! I would definitely recommend Lin and his team!
