Gold Coast Rental Properties

Totally inexcusable!!!!!! I am an 81 year old who has been looking forward to enjoying a holiday on the Gold Coast with my daughter, grand daughter and great grand daughter. My daughter booked an apartment months ago through this company. She paid the entire amount a month ago. She received an email today to say that they had double booked the apartment and there was nothing they could do for her. We are due to check in in less than 48 hours. We have flights booked from Sydney. How is this day an age can you double book an apartment accidently. You can't. It was obviously a case of being too greedy. I write this review in the hope that the same thing doesn't happen to another family in the future!

GCRP was a great real estate to work with. From the beginning it was always very easy to get things done and get in touch with our property manager with any concerns. Would definitely recommend them as the go-to real estate for the Gold Coast.

Great place to throw in a line. Bbqs, playground and toilets that are very clean. Away from the crowds so very relaxing
