Lake Leschenaultia Pump Track

This place is Amazing.I have gone at least once a year to this place since I was a little kid, am now 60.Basically the lake is filled from a fresh underground stream, which is boosted from water run off from nearby creeks etc.The openness of the lake environment is stimulating to the senses.You can swim, go for a walk, or a jog around the lake edge, have a b.b.q or buy food from the kiosk.Camping grounds are available with toilet and shower amenities open to members if the public during day time opening hours.Canoes are available for hire most days that the lake is open.Opening/Closing times vary dependent on the time of year,Best to contact the shire of Chidlow or the Chidlow post office to confirm if and when the lake is open, as in the past few years during summer, it can be closed because of High bush fire risk over the Summer MonthsIt's about an hour's drive outside of the Perth CBD

It’s just a beautiful place for families and friends, especially for picnics and biking

Big fun. My kids and I took turns doing timed laps. A great area to let the kids get practice accelerating up and descending down bumps, hills, and grades.
