We would so like to thank and recommend Jason and his team, got us back on the road home with his diagnosis of the problem with our engine check light. Busy time for them but nothing was too much problem for them to get us up and running. They welcomed our old puppies to sit in air-conditioned comfort while waiting to sort the problem. UNPROFESSIONAL, UNRELIABLE, DISORGANISEDIf you are looking for organised, reliable and honest go somewhere else. After waiting three weeks for an 8am appointment where repairs could be done while I waited in a couple of hours (confirmed at time of booking, in confirmation the day before and on day), three hours later the car has not been touched. I've lost a whole day and could have had repairs done elsewhere.DO NOT GO HERE. SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY.

I booked in for a rear break sensor replacement my appointment was at 8:30 am,They did not start working on my car until 10:45 and I did not get it back until around 11:25 they charged me for the whole time my car was there and it cost me twice as much as I expected I'm not impressed.

My car was in for service. An hour and 1/2 they said I returned 15 min late. Car was up on the hoist.With no one around. 1/2 an hour later after searching with office lady, she found a9Mechanic outside admiring a car .Don't bother its not as tho there's cars lined up.
