We made a large purchase recently & the entire experience has been frustrating. The staff member Matt charged us incorrectly but resolved after we called. Once we had Electrician install some products we realised the same staff member had given us the incorrect colour & although they are happy to correct that it's been a mission getting the correct info on removing the piece that needs swapping. A staff member that said she would call me back to assist did not so it left me chasing up again. Mistakes happen yes but a purchase should not be so difficult & when you voice you are unhappy you should not be met with a rude response.

We had a warranty claim for a ceiling fan. Both Anita and Craig were very concerned and Helpful. The fan was replaced the next day even though we are in a remote location 90 minutes drive from the store. Thanks Craig and Anita from Mark and Kris.

Bought a load of lights from Craig a few weeks ago.Was informed last week that the products had arrived.Rather than waiting for a private courier Beacon went out of their way regards speaking with Anita on the phone and then Brad personally dropping the products off to us 40klms away that same afternoon.Thank you for going that extra mile regard’s customer service.Will definitely be getting more products.

Great service and time given by Craig the other day. Spent a good amount of time giving extremely useful advice.I have to say however, the 2 assistants did not seem interested or assisting other people when they came in.Craig we cannot fault, very knowledgeable

Purchased a fan to match other Beacon fans in our home. Came with fixed price installation of $295. When the electrician turned up (4 weeks & 3 hours late) he claimed the price was not enough to cover his costs. When I said that was between him and Beacon he left. I took the fan back and cancelled everything. Overall, poor service and a traumatic experience.

We were very happy with the customer service provided by Anita and the team at Beacon Lighting Hervey Bay. We purchased six ceiling fans for our bedrooms. We then later returned to purchase two larger ceiling fans for our living room and kitchen as well as some under lighting for the kitchen cabinets.

Anita was very helpful and knowledgeable. Very impressed highly recommended. You van buy cheaper elsewhere but my electrician said he wouldn't install lights brought form the big store starting with Bunn
