Terrible drivers - do not actually attempt delivery and gaslights customers by telling us we missed them.3 of 4 customer service reps I encountered were reasonable.Shocking delivery service though.

It seems the appalling service provided by TNT FedEx is nothing new. I have experienced so many missed" pick ups where the driver couldn't be bothered to attend and marks it up as if it's my problem. No rescheduling of pick ups until you go through their dreadful customer service

Absolutely shocking. Bought from GUCCI and they engaged this useless service to deliver, which they shouldn't! Never delivered the parcel, didn't bother to leave a card. Had to call up three times to find out what was going on. No accountability at all.

Best $3000-delivery-experience ever in my whole life! I spent 3500 bucks without getting proper delivery service!1. They started to deliver THREE WEEKS after the expected date. 2. I then took FIVE DAYS OFF wating at home WITHOUT receiving my package. 3. Even though I paid for signature service, they didn't even try to make a call or leave a card. 4. I ended up picking up four big boxes BY MYSELF at their facility which cost me additional 100 bucks for lifts.5. BTW, $1000 clearance fee was charged for my years-long personal belongings.Highly recommended experience!

Absolutely useless by fed ex I specifically requested my parcel to be left at mine due to no signature required. They still decided to not deliver my package and now my customers have to wait longer again because they can’t do what was asked

I give you this rate as I couldn’t rate 0. Schedule pick up, no one come. I called and they said it was cancel need rebook pick up. I rebook again. Same issue happen. Never choose TNT!

Dear FedEx Team, I have asked you twice already to pick up my shipment. Two times you did not come to pick the shipment up, AND you did not inform me why you did not show up. I gave you the number of both sender and received, and none of the two got contacted. If you cannot find the address, call at least, or use the email. Having a friendly customer service who cannot solve the issue also doesn’t help. I am deeply disappointed by your poor performance. Let’s try a theist and last time tomorrow. This is a lousy service!
