The service was great. Was informed about problem, cost and time frame of repair needed. True 2 their word was done in time they said and cost was exactly what they quoted me. No surprises here. Excellent staff and great service. I went to Jack to get new tires for my Mustang GT, given the Michelins are quite expensive I was provided with an alternative. The alternative he offered was not only half the price but great with the performance as well. In some ways, I would say the grip of WinRun tires is actually better!I've also had my BMW X5 serviced by the team and was very happy with their work.Will always be going to Jack for all my tires and service needs from now on.

Recently had a service done. Since then my car has had a bit of trouble starting. Not sure if it’s related or not.The service was fine. Book wasn’t stamped. I was told I would need about $2k of work done and told I would be emailed a quote. That was two weeks ago. No quote emailed. I then sent an email to them asking for a quote and still no response. Not great customer service. I’m assuming they don’t want my business?I did have tyres put on previously and they were great and the price was fantastic. I would return for tyres but that’s about it.

Had tyre changed from split rim to serviceable rim purchased 2nd hand elsewhere. We did the wheel removal and refit. Only charged 20 bucks including tyre pressure gauge change over. Processed immediately. Extremrly helpful friendly service. Thanks guys.

What an excellent experience, I had car troubles and at first thought it may just need a new battery. I stopped at battery world and they recommended I go next door to this business as they suspected it was the alternator. They were super friendly, checked first to confirm the problem, explained everything to me, then fixed it on the spot. I had no way of getting home and was so happy to be able to get the new alternator in on the spot. Great service and price it also didn't take too long. I will now be taking my car here in the future. Do yourself a favour and give this business a go.
