What an amazing service.I am traveling Australia in a campervan and every time I get the car serviced I am always a bit skeptical. Heard about Tropical Motors and decided to give it a try and they did not disappoint! Excellent service, they initially quoted 250 dollars for the service and when I got the bill it was 190 dollars! For their 5star service that was a small price to pay! They explained everything they did and what we had to look out for in the van!.Great job guys!

TERRIBLE customer service by the receptionist BUT great mechanics. She does her excellent colleagues a disservice.Background: I was asking the mechanic about the source of an oil leak I had spotted after he serviced my car. When the receptionist saw me talking to him, she stormed over in a hostile manner and said she would charge me extra for the time taken in asking the question. I explained that I had found a leak since their service and that I wanted to know what it was. The fault was actually noted on my paperwork after the service. But nobody had explained that it was causing the oil leak I spotted. For all I knew it was a completely separate problem and I needed it clarifying. In the end, the mechanic explained the issue in one minute. That’s all it took. I won’t be returning. The receptionist should value customer service over penny counting. I was accused of being rude for standing firm and insisting someone explain the leak. It’s a classic underhand tactic to try to undermine someone when they make a valid point. Must treat customers better.

They changed the wheel bearing on my car but they did the work so badly. Everything broken inside. Very bad experience, not recommended.

These are hands down the best mechanics in Broome. Gary and his wife were lovely to deal with and the service was fantastic. Very competitive prices. These guys won't rip you off.

Refuse to give us an appointment because they only work on 4wd's. No problem that the policy changed but they didn't want to tell us anything or explain plus they just hung up on us... Figured it out because I had to call back to ask. Our first experience was really good but this time, the service really sucked! Maybe hire someone who is nicer and has more patience to explain.

My daughter is travelling around Australia and developed cooling issues with her car. As she was living in her vehicle, these guys went out of their way to get her car repaired and back to her as quickly as possible. She is now continuing her trip, and the car is running great.Highly recommended.

Rang Phil to ask for assistance in sorting out a CV joint issue, Phil, Frankie and myself hooked into it and with some good work done I've now finished a year long project, awesome advice and friendly service from all the team, asked the price, a carton. Bloody legend mate.
