This has to be the most disorganised hardware store I have ever dealt with. I see other people have had the same problem no gas delivery for three days just excuses it looks like a cold shower again tomorrow

The pricing labels on all of the Makita shelves were in serious disarray, but the staff member who helped my dad and me was knowledgeable and friendly. Ultimately dad got a great deal and is very happy with his new hammer drill. (It was actually cheaper than Bunnings.)

Not happy about our gas delivery we paid for two bottles over the phone on a thursday lunchtime as per normal for next day delivery. We hadnt recieved by 2.45pm on a friday afternoon and rang and enquired about delivery the same person said it was in transit... fair enough, so at 4pm i drove down and asked about delivery seeing truck parked up the guys were helpfull an found invoice on delivery folder an asked who we spoke with when they found her she said oh well its too late didnt get enough time and when i said we had no gas she just shrugged her shoulders an said not my problem. The other workers sorted out and delivered but this girl should not be working in a retail position as she has no idea about customer service.

Not as big as a Bunnings, but has a great range of the essentials, and as it is a lot smaller, staff are always on hand to help.

Sale Promotion, brought some great value for money solar lights. Timber and pool salt as well. Nice visit and staff were attentive and efficient.
