Unfailingly pleasant and helpful, and I even include Sydney when I say this is the only place I trust with a watch. This is a small store with the most intelligently thought out selection of watches I have ever seen in Australia, too. They specialise in Adina, my favourite brand, and it's made in Australia. I'm very hard on watches, but Adinas are made for that. Williams also sells jewellery and clocks. And if they change a battery in your watch, they'll do it right, not like the big chains where I've gone previously and had in one instance, a big scratch put into a watch; and in the other, the rubber seal caught hanging out in my 100m waterproof watch. My watches live in water, much of it salt. I trust only Williams to do it right.

I LOVE THIS PLACE!!! The customer service is like no other jewellery store I have ever been to, the staff are so friendly and make you feel happy and comfortable with getting watches fixed on time. This is my go-to jewellery store when trying to find pieces for every occasion with affordable prices. I will never stop coming here !

Great assistance and bought exactly what I wanted a silver watch with bling. The jeweler adjusted the links on the watchband to fit my small wrist straight away. I bought the last of a Pulsar Christmas special with a bonus crystal necklace.

I've twice used the services of Williams and wanted so much to like the service I received, both times it took longer than it should have to get my watches back. Even went to the shop after being told they would be ready in the pouring rain and found the shop closed. However they did redeem themselves by delivering my watches to me on the day I had rescheduled to pick them up, because they were closing early. Perhaps it was just bad luck both times.

Stuffed the chronograph on my Seiko watch whilst changing the battery. Never go there again
