Browns Plains Carpet Court

Carpet court was suppose to replace our carpet that was damaged through insurance. they came and inspected took sample and name of the sample. finally after some time they came to install the new carpet (on 23 December). The carpet not only was a different color it was of lower quality. The shop was apologetic about the obvious mistake however it did not help us having the house in dis array during the holiday period. In January I had to call to ask when they are going to reinstall the carpet. This time the lady behind the phone at Carpet Court not only was not helpful was rude. She promised that the installer will call to arrange a time. This never happened.

Sales side was great but when I send a message afterwards to say there was some stuff I was not happy with I was told they will talk to the installer and get back to me. Unfortunately I never heard back.

I recently bought a rental place and my first choice was Browns Plains Carpet Court for my carpet and blinds. They were very easy to work with, knew exactly what was best and how to guide me, and installation was quick. My place looks amazing and the service was fantastic, could not recommend enough!

We bought carpet from Carpetcourt Brownsplains and the service from Mark & Sharyn was excellent. The attention to detail and finish from the installer was exceptional. We were so impressed that we are now looking at getting additional flooring installed.

The Contractor who installed our laminate was really great, approachable and did a great job. Carpet Court were initially positive when selling the product, but the Carpet Court person who came to quote the job didn't so accurately, and also, Carpet Court failed to ensure the product was in-stock so that the installation could proceed at the agreed upon time. Consequently, the contractor had to renegotiate the installation timeframe, as well as seek additional materials. At no time did Carpet Court contact us to discuss this or apologise for the inconvenience. My wife wait for 2-3 weeks for a quick follow-up call, which was finally provided by the Store Manager earlier today, and the Store Manager was rude, impatient, and took no responsibility for the lack of communication or poor quoting and poor stocktake of materials which resulted in the delayed installation. If you can deal directly with the contractor, Chase, I'd suggest doing that. He knows what he is about. I wouldn't waste your time with Carpet Court however, can't wait to sell you the product, but fall down when the business-end of the transaction for the consumer results. We paid just over $2200, you'd think a little customer service wouldn't be asking too much.

I contacted this company for a quote on replacing all our interior blinds. The customer service I received from this point on was so poor bordering on incompetence. The salesman came out but the visit was extremely short and he did not bring any colour samples. He did his measurements and said he would email the quote. 4 days later I contacted them to see where the quote was and I was told the salesman was sick (i thought fair enough). The next day he phoned me and asked for more details even though he had already measured every window. He even asked me to measure some windows he had forgotten. He then said he would send through the quote but he never even bothered to email it through. Such terrible customer service and I will not be dealing with them again.

Needed Carpet and organised 3 quotes. Glenn at carpet Court was the second to arrive. He not only had better colours than the other supplier he was willing to do a better deal. I had not read previous reviews and had I done so may not have used them. So to calm my concerns , Glenn allowed me to see the carpet when it arrived so I was sure it was very similar to the sample we had picked out and organised a wonderful carpet layer to install. The job was done quickly and looks wonderful. I am very happy I chose Carpet Court at Browns Plains. Glenn went over and beyond in his service and I would highly recommend. Pity more people have not written reviews as I am sure there are more happy customers out there. Keep up the good work guys

We were not a direct customer but having worked onsite the last few days, the new owners of the business really impressed me with their professionalism and customer service. I even overheard a couple who came in because they personally wanted to thank the owners for a job well done by the installer. I would have no hesitation in recommending this company, friendly service and excellent product knowledge.

Have been dealing with Glen from Carpet COURT Brownsplains for over the past 3 years for my own home and rental properties. He has been very good to work with and always delivers on time.
