Went for simple Will. The lawyer discovered all sorts of problems with Title on property we were able to fix up. Went over and beyond. Beautiful historic place, lovely people, very knowledgeable lawyers. Only charged similar to every other lawyer I've consulted. Found them swift and efficient.

Absolutely terrible, all they did was go back and forth so they could charge near $10,000 and not complet or near start what they had agreed to.Avoid these thieves at all cost, there are no good solicitors in Bundaberg.Especially Glen Krebs from Payne Butler Lang.

Tried to conduct business with this firm. The back-and-forth nature exceeded what is normal and I can understand now where the other reviews are coming from. They were nice to waive the fees, but it is a shame that they cannot work together to provide one answer instead of multiple and ever-changing responses.

Worst lawyers I have ever experienced. Continued delays on their behalf and very poor service. Almost cost the seller a lost sale on their home due to continuous delays caused by their failure to respond in a reasonable time to the buyers solicitor.I would reccommend you steer clear of this company. It would appear that they try to incease their fees by delaying their work and pretend it takes more time to complete. Unfortunately 1 star was the lowest rating I was able to give.
