They never pick the phone, they only communicate by text or email, after few texts exchanged a lady phoned two days later, few sentences then she simply hung up on me, so congratulation on your customer service.

Have been trying to call all day. No answer mailbox full. Extremely helpful! Not! Its Thursday.It seems that any complaints...Emma gets defensive and tries to turn it around onto the patient.How bout just call people Emma and get them in to a mental health care professional ASAP

Avoid...Staff rude, unprofessional & not helpful, when I complained I was fobbed off. Claimed 51+ mins - I received 20 mins...this is medicare fraud & I was told that only half a session would be claimed. I have been to other Mental Health Practises & never experienced anything like what I felt. I came out feeling much worse. Please do not respond to this review. Please go somewhere else.

WARNING DO NOT GO HERE they need to be reported somehow Very poor excuse for a practice do not go here if you wish to be treated for real mental health they passed me around from psych to psych made me tell my story over and over again I wasn't looked after at all I feel abandoned byvthem they didn't live up to their appointments nor did they get in touch with me to tell me they couldn't make an appointment im living in fear of my mental health and they couldn't care less... Emma and Cassandra both disrespectfully treated my personal information

Was referred by my doctor to see a physiologist at this establishment after years of putting it off. I, as I’m sure a lot of people with mental health issues are was very nervous and anxious to go to my appointment. Unfortunately after an hour of switching between being able to go and being too scared but only having 10 minutes before my appointment my anxiety got the best of me. My partner said he would call up and reassured me that they would understand as they would know it is hard for people to talk to someone and we could reschedule. Let me tell you this was not at all what we received. Emma answered the phone and was very rude and not at all understanding to the point that my partner was shocked this was a place that “helps” people with mental health issues. She belittle me to him over the phone asking how old I was and told him I was to call and reschedule myself if I want to go there.. anyone who knows about anxiety and mental health this is a breaking point to wanting help. Please if you want help go somewhere else. I can see from the many other 1 star reviews Emma must be the boss and is very disliked. I will make sure I mention to my gp this is not a place you want to refer patients to if they seek help. What an awful experience to an already anxious person.

WARNING DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU WANT TO BE TREATED WITH RESPECT AND DIGNITY!! they are Terrible, they just want your Medicare dollars not caring what psychologist they put you with swapping you around with different psychologists. Not plesent at all. The receptionist should not be allowed to deal with people with mental health problems. After catching the bus to an appointment once I was told my appointment was no longer available as I had not replied to their confirm message-i had no credit, they didn't call me to check if I still wanted the appt or call me to tell me my appt had been taken. when I asked 'Emma' why this had happened as I have been to previous appts without replying to the confirm text,I was told I was just lucky that no one had filled my appt slot those other times.Jessica 'Potter is my married name, I was not married at the time I attended equilibrium health.

Had a referral for a dietician. Was told when I called she had left but could get us in to see another person a few weeks later. Showed up to be told no dietician and we had been booked to see a pshycholgist. The receptionist was rude, unfriendly and condescending. Asked that she would do something about it. To date no reply. Very poor for first contact at a company that is supposed to help people. Shame on you.

Emma and Jill Kidd have been extremely helpful and kind in my healing process. I feel very blessed that I chose this establishment and will not be looking back.....as have had not so nice experiences with previous places on the Gold Coast.

This company is hopeless. Made two appointments to have a phone call , both confirmed including email replies then no phone call.Not professional and shouldnt be dealing with peoples mental health when they cant even keep an appointment to phone you.Do not use and if your doctor refers you go somewhere else.You cant contact them at all only vie email and they book you in to phone then dont.Do not use under any circumstances.If you could leave a zero review i would
