Tile Mega Mart
Placed an order after being advised they had the tile in stock. Once ordered I was advised they didn’t have the tile and can’t get the tile. Given the run around by two staff members and now over four weeks later I’m still waiting on a refund. Would not recommend at all.

I've now bought tiles on 3 different occasions and always had an excellent experience on each occasion . The entire team i've dealt with from sales staff , finance department and delivery drivers have been excellent. They deliver a pleasant customer experience and are client focused . I attended the Roseberry showroom and they have a large selection of extremely attractive tiles which look even better once laid down insitu. I do not have any problems with recommending them from my past experiences

From the first visit to Tile Mega Mart in Roseberry and meeting Kate and Sholo I was very impressed by their knowledge of the product, advice on suitability and above all patience as I tried one sample after another. And when I eventually made up my mind, they went out of their way to order to meet my deadline. March 2022We visited Tile Mega Mart Rosebery NSW for the first time in mid February in search for Wall, Floor tiles and Bathrooms Tap wares and Accessories for our renovation of our home.Tara McPhee assisted us at the showroom. We found Tara a delightful, helpful, and knowledgeable person. Best of all is that Tara is an Interior designer, so she is better than a Sales person in many ways, that she can offer to support her clients on designing advice, choice ( color, design in a big picture … ) of the products in the showroom.Their submitted quotations are clear and detailed which is important. I appreciated formal documentation with clarity when I make any purchase.Their Rosebery showroom is good and spacious, the products are nicely presented in sections.Parking within distance is very important, they do have good parking.A good company with good staff teams in ONE.Elizabeth Tam

Jenna at Tile Mega Mart Roseberry served me and was wonderful. She gave me great design advice and was so patient when I took so long to decide on the tiles I wanted. I also dealt with Viktoriya who assisted me with amending my order over the phone and she was also lovely. Tile Mega Mart held my stock for 2 months until I was ready for tiling and promised me that they would be put aside and not sold to another customer. There was some issues with the delivery but this was rectified quickly and easily. Very happy with the service and experience I have had with the Roseberry store.

Great range of tiles on display. The showroom is a large warehouse with a huge range of panels/walls with the tiles on display. This makes it really easy to visualise what they will look like rather than trying to imagine it with one random tile. There is plenty of parking in the complex and the staff are super friendly.

I am very disappointed with Tile Mega Marts customer service. My job - although a small one, has been dealt with in an incompetent manner, with sections of the order not being included, emails requesting specs for my plumber to be able to continue the job being ignored, parts of my order not being available but not being told this, I could go on and on and on and issue still not resolved to my satisfaction. Things do go wrong, and can be sorted successfully IF the representatives of the company has the customer relations experience to do so. Four separate people, many phone calls, 4.3 hours of my time wasted. The manager of the shop atRosebery, I think needs some sales training in maintaining good customer relations and should try not to resort to petty comments to try and extricate himself from difficult situations. I am still waiting for the promised email detailing information to contact their MD Mr Robert Blaschka.
