Renee Seymour was vendor's conveyancer when selling their property. Four weeks lead time to settlement was not enough to prepare and sort out all questions, so in less than 3 hours before scheduled settlement time Renee surprised us, the buyers, with a categorical demand for a requirement which was not part of a property sale contract. She did not hesitate to put the entire deal at risk. Renee did not care to check and verify the details an agreement with the vendor. I would definitely not deal with her again, and luckily can avoid this practice altogether.

Would highly recommend Renee and her team. The communication was incredible - she never seemed to stop working and would respond to our emails and calls more promptly than she probably should have given the hours at which we were sending them! She was a great advocate for us and helped us to negotiate more favourable settlement terms for things we would not have even thought of. Plus their price was affordable relative to other quotes we received. Would recommend ezystep in a heartbeat!
