I Bought a Mile vacuum for click and collect, after almost 1hr waiting in store for them to find the vacuum they couldn’t find it.I was sent home last minute with the promise of a refund and now I keep receiving messages of thanks for picking up your order.

Over the top femme guy with the pink flimsy (nearly see-through) singlet needs to stop saying whats up" when a customer is asking for assistance. Numerous times between me and my partner we've dealt with him and something so off-putting on his approach to customer service. Definitely not ideal in a retail setting. Does this guy know any decent customer service?Thanks for giving me weird looks when I asked for a plastic bag after paying for my items. Isn't it your job to ask before I pay?The people used to be great at this store

Friendly staff. They sell good stuff and when on sale you can mostly buy good ones on shelf and cheap. Bought stuff in here and happy. Recommended

Looking for pricing on Inst360 cameras. Thought it might be at a better price in here but alas it is the same as a few other popular places. Did see it cheaper by 10% elsewhere. Might see if they would price match.

Had a great experience the the store yesterday, I purchased a laptop last week and unfortunately it wasn’t adequate, so returned it and asked the gentleman at the front door what was the procedure and he was very helpful and guided me down to the back of the store to the counter. When I got there I was served by a young lady Madeleine I told her my issues and she was so helpful and said it had to be reset and that wouldn’t be a problem that someone in store was able to do that, after she spoke to her manager they started the procedure. 5 minutes later Madeleine came back and said, done not a problem and the money would be in my account within a 2 days and they would notify me once it was deposited. I found Madeleine to be very professional and helpful and nothing was to much trouble. Madeleine is a big asset to the JB Hifi team and wouldn’t hesitate recommending people to shop there. Thank you!!

Though I spent only a couple of minutes at the store, I just loved every second. Was fascinated walking by each section and having a quick glance at the products on display

The problem is very common at all the JB retail stores. a) They have no competition with most of what they sell. b) They only employ with a focus on the demographic they are targeting c) All the team members are very salesey (when you actually DO have someone approach you) and are more interested in selling you what they think you should buy, rather than asking questions and listening to what you're after. Was checking out a Bluetooth speaker today and was listening to it (which is existing in itself, as many items on display, are not actually connected and can't be tested, which I would have thought is the KEY to deciding which speaker you want to buy?!) when a sales person came into the aisle, customer in tow, saying 'Sorry, I have a customer who wants to have a listen to this speaker, I need to show them and proceeded to do that, right in front of me.' It's one of those 'What just happened?' moments for me. I was stunned. Then I walked out. Disappointing.

I just called now to speak about product availability and I don’t normally do reviews,however Jacob (Rouse Hill store) was so enthusiastic, and helpful,he needed a mention.

Good franchise, awful store. Been to plenty of JB's across Sydney and this one offers the worst customer experience by far. Take a drive to one of the other stores.
