Got served a milkshake in a cup smaller than other Gelatissimos which was only 3/4 full. Also more expensive than other stores. Girl serving me didn't really seem like she wanted to be there, below average experience.

New (and welcome) addition to the Kirribilli shop strip. Gelatissimo is a chain but the gelato is nice and the staff are friendly but much like any other Sydney gelato place buying for a large group / family can become expensive. Would recommend splitting a cup (get 2-3 scoops - economical and delicious).. for all the students there's a special as long they are in school uniform

The service is very quick and there is lots of seating room if you wanted to come as a group. The flavours overall were good, however maybe too 'icy' as it did take away from some if the flavour. Overall a nice cool place to try.

Very dishonest establishment.The ladies there only fill the top of the cup creating a bridge with the ice cream leaven completely empty at the bottom of the cups.It doesn't matter who's in serving for the day, all employees do that without fail.The portions are the smallest you will find in this franchise.Definitely advised to do that buy the owner to save money/rip off the clients.I've spoke to other franchises and the say Kiribilli has a bad reputation for doing that.Very embarrassing.Don't waist your money, take your family and friends somewhere else where your hard earning money it's giving to honest bussinesses owners.

this place has very nice lighting. there are a lot of options to choose from and the staff is really friendly. i came here with friends and gelatissimo definitely exceeded all of our expectations. i would highly recommend, this is my favourite local gelato place. it is near to plenty of good areas as well, so you can buy a gelato and sit in a park or walk across the harbour bridge (like i did). very fun, highly recommend.

Super friendly staff. Excellent quality ice cream with crispy pastry. The ice cream is made by themselves. Very smoothy and yummy. Got to try it if you're in this area. Great to go with the ocean view as well!
