The attitude I got from the manager of all people was horrendous. They got our order wrong so I went back in and politely asked for my correct order in which I then was told I was wrong. I get it was busy but there was no need to be rude about it. Mikayla (the shift manager on) has shown this attitude before when I’ve gone through drive thru and into the store and it’s honestly disgusting. Never thought to leave a review until now because disrespecting a customer in front of other customers and your crew is not the way to go.

Went through the drive through and got told they don’t serve what I asked for and I’ve only been getting it through then ever since you opened. So I had to make it up as adding stuff. I get home and look it up on there menu and bingo it’s there. Maybe do some more training with your staff so they know the menu better before you put them on serving. To top it off it was all cold love cold chips not. It’s a shame as it use to be a great place to go to and lately all I’ve heard is complaints.

The food was good considering it was slapped together in a greasy kitchen. I like greasy food, I'm skinny. Service was lovely, they kept inside the window, didn't make eye contact or small talk. The atmosphere was great, I was in the passenger seat, kids screaming in the back while the wife was trying to navigate the carpark. All in all, I'd go back another 2 times today. 9/10 stars.

You have to check your order to make sure everything you ordered is in the bag.I have had things missing almost every single time.

Food was ok, service was ok. Probably the filthiest Maccas we’ve been too though. All the tables were dirty, trash all over the floor and the female bathrooms were disgusting. Disappointing because this used to be one of the good ones. Midweek around 6pm, not overly busy either.

Won't be going back here again. Too many times we have gotten home to then realise part of our order is missing!! Or the times we check, will realise something is missing and then have to go in and ask for the item. It isn't hard to make sure all items are given to the customer - so I can't work out how this has happened nearly every time we have gone there. The customer shouldn't have to check their order before they drive off. Do better Treendale McDonald's!

seriously, asked for a DBL big Mac and this is what I get. I've worked at maccas it's not that hard. yeah it can be a bit rough some times but stuffing up a burger like that is just wrong, adding on well too my already horrible night thanks.

Well 3 stars for a McDonald's is not a bad thing.Definitely not terrible and definitely not amazingly good either though.Run of the mill 3 stars has room for improvement but it's not something that I'd be disappointed with receiving when ordering from a store for the first time.
