Star Laundromat

The machines are not working properly. I had really bad experience using star laundromat. I put the clothes in first machine and it got stuck and was not closing after estimated time. Then initiated forced emergency stop and put the clothes in second machine. Took more than one hour and costed double. Tried to call for emergency support but no one received the call. It is highly recommended to not use the services of star laundromat. Thanks

A bit more on the expensive side and there are no locks on machines but on the contrary machines are relatively quick and there are plenty of dryers.

4 Stars for this laundromat. Great facilities, great to pay with card. Even if it did take twice imputing the code on both washer and dryer. The biggest let down was the price $11 for a warm wash.But overall nice clean facility, pleant of machines and pleant of parking.

Our washing machine broke down, so we had to use this place for a week or two, while we were waiting for our new one. I was impressed by the cleanliness of this place. The machines are all in great condition, and there is a change dispenser available. If you prefer, there is an app available to download and pay, so you don't even need cash to use the machines. Aircon is available (if you use your eyes to find the very obvious switch, unlike some people), there is a free phone charge bay also.

24 hour laundromat with modern washers and dryers. I've only used dryers as mine died not long ago. Can dry an entire load of washing in 12 minutes and only cost me $3. Very handy indeed. Can also pay to use machines on the web and just enter a code for the machine and away it goes.

Just used the $12 big machine to wash a quilt, counted my $2 dollar coin as dollar coin and now I'm short of money to fully dry it using the dryer. As it is wool I won't be able to sun fruit at home so now I risk it smelling of mildew because it will still be damp. Quite peed off as this has basically made me have to redo the whole thing again and waste an hour of my time + $20 that I should have only paid once instead of twice! And ofcourse it will be on we to chase it stuff up when I'm not the one at fault. Plus they should replace the buttons showing wash progress as they are all smashed in which leads you to think it isn't so safe to be here alone. Never again, absolute joke.

They are very nicely located and I believe they are always open. I gave 1 star less as the cost to service is quite high than expected.

Could have given you more stars if your services be a little bit cheaper. Happy with cleanliness and service but the hot wash for $11 and every dollar with the dryers gives only 7 minutes. There are laundromats around with 10 minutes per dollar for dryers and reasonable prices for the washes.

Pretty clean generally, was expecting to be able to lock the machines with a code like other Star laundromats. Saw a guy come in asking about his missing sheets though…

Machines are now more easy to operate with tap and pay option
