Havent left a bad review ever because theres always some redeeming qualities, i guess the post lady here isnt so bad...But the other people who work here are just grumpy folk who arent great at all with customers. I think if youre attitude to working in retail is at that point perhaps its time to throw in the towel.ALSO- heard a pretty nasty homophobic comment made about same sex marriage disguised as a joke to a customer by the surly old bloke behind the counter.Boycott these guys and spend the extra 5c in petrol to go see the girls up at the Post office across from eastlands :(It will be nice to have new people running this place one day...

Terrible customer service from a male (not sure his name or position). Called them if they deliver parcel to China. And got a reply 'no we don't' then hung up the phone immediately. Nothing else. I was shocked by his attitude. Called again, a girl got the phone and say yes they can deliver parcel to China. I feel insulted by the male there. Could any kind people let me know how to make a complain about it so others do not get the same bad experience like mine? It is a shame I have so many good time with many lovely people in Australia but met this guy today...

Very rude staff. The manager (male, older guy) seemingly doesn’t realise that he is serving customers, and they are supporting his business. I was actually in shock walking out of this place and in disgust at how rude he was. Next time I’m in, I will mention to him that he should check out his google reviews.

I agree with those who have complimented the new staff/owners, it makes such a pleasant change to how it was operated previously.We shall now visit the Post Office/Newsagent versus avoiding it due to rudeness and unwelcome attitude of prior operators.

Fantastic Store!Just like news agencies used to be with a huge selection of magazines and cards to choose from. Their giftware is well priced and it was a bonus to have the post office and Tattslotto all in the one place. Highly recommend this store!

This is a very poorly run business. There are no protocols in place to look after deliveries. Staff are rude and unhelpful. The ‘manager’ (male) is the worst of them. He’s offensive and belligerent. Despite his lowly position and lack of general knowledge or business practices he seems to feel superior to his customers. I have never had a positive experience at this store.

Very friendly you feel welcome as soon as you walk in the door. The new owner is lovely.A wonderful range of gifts and cards will definitely be making more visits to this newsagents again

Doesn't follow the opening hours listed on the Australia Post website, nor the delivery cards left in mailboxes. Update 2021: might be 'under new management' but STILL closes earlier than stated online. Terrible.

Very helpful and kind. Would recommend. We had a flight leaving in two hours and raced in to wrap and mail a painting I had bought. I had no tape, scissors or wrapping material. The lady behind the counter was so friendly and understanding. She found me a perfect sized box and made sure I had it all sorted pronto. Thanks again for this morning! I was lucky to have my painting safe and on its way home, and made it to the airport with plenty of time to spare.
