Couldn't be happier with our AWNING from Jillaroo. They ordered the exact colour we wanted and speedy service and turnaround. Very solid and great quality. Cant believe we didn't have one for so long.

I cannot recommend Jillaroo highly enough. Their after sales service on a product I purchased over 3 years ago was second to none. Many other Australian companies could take a leaf out of their book.

We needed to replace the awning on our caravan. Jillaroo was so easy to deal with - they advised on how to measure the size and even had the one we wanted in stock. We could have had it delivered, but opted to go and pick it up on the other side of Brisbane so we could see what the quality was like before we bought it. Needless to say it was excellent. The staff were very helpful with questions we had. They have a video showing how to install the awning yourself, which we ended up doing. It was super helpful to have, and the whole thing only took us about an hour - not bad for beginners! Highly recommended!

Bought an awning and had it fitted. Fit was done well and Jillaroo also sorted out the old awning and explained that the old one had not been fitted correctly and they made sure the new one had been fitted properly. Nice people and happy with the product and service.

We found the staff at Jillaroo Awnings very helpful. Our awning was shredded beyond repair and Jillaroo helped us to understand how to replace it by watching their video. Replacement fabric was a great price.
