Highly recommend Black & Gold plumbing. They are professional from booking your job with their head office to the actual plumber coming to your home. The booking service was easy and you get a 4 hour time slot of when they will come as well as a text to say they are 30 mins away. Most places don’t even show up or make you wait for hours, so this was a great! The plumber was honest and didn’t try to rip me off. Gave me a solution that would not cost me more than I need to pay as most people try to up sell you or even sell you something you don’t need! He explained how the water system worked and told me there is no reason to change the whole water system instead to fix it with a different solution.He was well mannered and came in to our home respectfully and solved the issues we had! I’m a very happy customer and definitely will call them if I have any plumbing issues in the future! I’ll be referring them to all my friends and family!
