The food is delicious. Never had a Filipino food so was a nice surprise . Service is very friendly and the owner was lovely she explained each dish we had. Would definitely recommend and definitely be back.

Ordered a vegetarian dish ( ginisang munggo) thinking we didn't have to write any special dietary requirements (allergy to seafood) then order arrives, go to eat it then bloody prawns/shrimp in the vegetarian" dish?? Partner has allergic reaction to it. Good one Kain Tayo"

I missed to take some photos of the great food but the empty plate highlights the quality. Rarely do I ever personally review a Filipino restaurant anywhere I go, but I’ll make an exception for this case.For the best pork sinigang and pork sisig anywhere in Metro Perth, this restaurant’s a must go to. Sinigang is well rounded in flavour and pork cooked tenderly. Their sisig makes the perfect balance between savoury and chewy pork quality. Definitely worth going to in WA especially for these 2 Filipino dishes.

Kain Tayo catered my son’s first birthday party and I received a lot of compliments for the food from our family and friends, both filo and non-filo. They had easy packages and were very responsive with my questions/queries. They delivered the food warm and with enough time to spare before the party started. Thank you!

Got to try out their new buffet. It is $35pp and so worth it! There was a good selection of items, 10 different savoury dishes and they were all pretty good! The Pork Binagoongan, Beef Kare Kare and Pancit are my top choices. We’re already looking forward to the next one. If you’re still thinking about trying out this place, trust me when I say just go for it. You will never go wrong as their food is so good!
