needed a fuse an electrician said they'd never seen before. Rang Rexel and they had it. They couldn't have been more helpful and confirmed that I knew how to change the old one over. Great friendly service.

I went to Sturt Street this morning to try to get some electrical cable that had seemed not to exist. They not only had it but also helped me with information I needed to get my job done. They even told me that Bunnings had the current converter I needed and they found the aisle and bay number for me!!!! What service - I am so impressed- as a woman it can sometimes be daunting to shop “ in a man’s world”. I will always go to them in future.

I am an electrician and have noticed the guys here are very rude. This is by far the worst rexel branch.The counter staff are lazy and not willing to help out and badly need to be taught customer service. Nobody is ever greeted when entering the store and it opens dead on 7 which is the only store to do this.My orders very regularly get lost or misplaced, I am told they are in transit or arriving on site at the wrong time or even the wrong day. A lot of the time the product is incorrect due to a mix up" and sometimes are dropped to the wrong location.I would recommend going to any other rexel branch or even another wholesaler

These guys are so rude, expect to pay double if you don’t have a ‘trade account’. I go out of my way to purchase elsewhere.To the guy who was doing stock take and smiled as you refused to serve me, you typify the self centred poor service.
