Great clinic! My experience with the doctors and administration staff has always been very positive, with them showing patience and a real keenness to help. It’s also convenient having radiology in the same building!

Won’t be going back to this place. Saw Dr Sanjay Biswas who wouldn’t refer my son for an MRI after a knee injury. He said that a physio had to assess him and do the referral. Thankfully we saw a fantastic physio who was confused as to why the Dr didn’t refer my son for an MRI (which is HIS job) as he could barely straighten his leg or walk. Going beck to our regular GP for a referral.

Our visit to the Medical and Dental Centre this morning went very well. We did not have to wait too long and then our Dr was very efficient, courteous and helpful.The entire visit was pleasant and relaxed.Thank you.

While I understand that we booked later at night (we can’t really tell when emergencies happen I guess?) I don’t appreciate being made to rush over and then get there and because we were 4 minutes behind the doctor walks out on us whilst we are there signing forms. Then we were offered to come back in the morning. If your doctor doesn’t want to see our child then we sure as heck don’t want to see your doctor. The only people I would suggest to attend this clinic are are those that I dislike because then they might actually have the chance to deteriorate lol

Wait time is longer than expected, about 30-35mins wait despite making appointment however the doctor is amazing. She is a compassionate doctor. She provides detailed explanation and supports a get well plan for my recovery. Thank you Dr Amy Zhao.

If you want comments, here we go.I made an appointment at 9.10. I was there on time. I waited patiently until 9.35, I asked reception when I would be seen, I still had 1 person in front of me to be seen.What’s the point of and early appointment if you can’t keep it.How do you expect a 5 star review, or anything other than a 1 star review if this is how things are?

On a Friday I found myself requiring semi-urgent medical attention and because my Dermatologist would not be available till the Monday I made an appointment with this Clinic for Saturday, and was seen with only a short waiting time by a Doctor who I had not met previously. The Doctor was friendly, listened and responded in a very acceptable manner. He then sent me to the in-house nurse, who with no waiting time, proceeded to re-dress my wound. The nurse, Henry, again was friendly, efficient and very knowledgeable and answered my questions.I left the Clinic feeling very satisfied with the service.

we been the clinic a few years ago and always liked the walk-in way which was suitable and convenient for us. We went to the clinic and waited for two hours. We weren't told how long we have to wait in the beginning. We will have other plans if reception told they are not sure how long we have to wait. We only were told doctor were fully booked. We have been waiting for two hours already till we have to asked the desk. There was no information provided by receptionists and we could wait for a whole day as we already waited for the whole morning.
