I don't go anywhere else for a slick cut. Been a return customer for the last 2 years, no matter who you get you'll have a great conversation and great service.Cannot recommend enough.

Made online booking which was easy to use, great opening hours as I got haircut after 5pm. First impression wasn't the best, I had amber as my barber and just didn't get any great vibes of her felt like I was inconvenience to her , not much of conversation, so customer service wasn't there :( . Don't get me wrong I'm very happy with my haircut and surprised I got it my hair washed after the cut so I felt nice and clean :). Definitely come back for my next haircut :)

Customer service and haircut was great, nice atmosphere in the shop. I’m a traveller so worry about going to a new barbers but I’m very happy with the cut, thank you Nienke!

I was in town for an event. Did a lot of research as I am very particular about barbers. Industry are without doubt, the best barbers in Townsville. Their website is professional, their online booking system is easy and their shop and staff are first class. The shop doesn't have a single stray hair. I've never seem that before. Every chair was occupied when I arrived. Their staff ran like clockwork. Taylah looked after me and she was AMAZING. Full of personality, incredible attention to detail, and still moved with pace. Highly recommend.

Cutthroat razor shave by Ash, an exquisite experience that put a spring in my step similar to an olympic triple jump silver medalist. The passers by on Ingham Road wondered what I was doing, but I was indifferent to their curiosity.
