JMC Launceston

Have been specking up a new T-Roc for quite a few months after taking a friends for a few drives. Love the car. Just called in to JMC in Launceston and asked to take one for a test drive. No dice. They're keeping the mileage down on the demonstrator. Will not be purchasing from JMC. One star just to get this posted.

I had a fantastic experience purchasing my Kia Sportage through Jacksons. Their level of service both before and after I picked up the car was exceptional and really goes to show that they care about their customers.If you want a positive experience that really goes against the old stereotype of what car salesmen are like, then I recommend you head in and see the team there!I will certainly be returning for my next car.

Rafe and the JMC Launceston team went over and above to help us out when we needed a replacement car quickly. Rafe even found the same model for us so it was a direct replacement! The service was friendly and professional.

Today we picked up our 2019 Hyundai Tucson Highlander sold to us by Dane. Dane was an excellent salesman, great service and very helpful and pleasant to deal with. JMC Launceston have been nothing short of amazing to deal with when purchasing my new car. The staff, in particular Andrew, were extremely helpful and attentive, and not once did I feel pressure to commit to anything like some car salesman make you feel. All my queries were met with positive feedback and assurance. I would highly recommend the friendly team at JMC Launceston to anyone looking at purchasing their next vehicle.

Would give zero stars if I could. They couldn't do enough for me until I signed the contract of sale, and from then on their service was unprofessional rubbish. Not returning calls or emails, telling me they were unable to honour the trade-in price I was offered, not delivering the vehicle on time, and then finally, after a year of waiting, my car arrived and it was the wrong colour (because they'd made a mistake with the order), which the salesperson seemed to think was a bit funny when he told me.I had to go elsewhere to get the vehicle I wanted, at a significant additional cost. JMC don't seem to care about that either.I will never purchase another car here, nor recommend them to anyone else. Their service is appalling.
